1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Blend — including the website, launcher, game servers and community spaces — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. The Service
Blend is an unofficial, community-driven project that recreates the classic Fortnite experience. Blend is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Epic Games, Inc. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Accounts & Access
Access is provided free of charge through our official Discord server. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion to protect the service and its community.
4. Fair Play & Conduct
Cheating, exploiting, harassment, or any attempt to disrupt the service or other players' experience is not permitted. Breaches of fair play may result in a permanent loss of access without notice.
5. Availability & Changes
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. Features, seasons and availability may change, be suspended or discontinued at any time as the project evolves. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Blend team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
